The Cumberland County Utilities Authority participates in the OMNIA Partners Purchasing Cooperative and intends to award a contract for Construction Management Software.

It is the intent of the Cumberland County Utilities Authority to make a contract award to Procore. pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the OMNIA Partners Purchasing Cooperative – Construction Management Software
The Cumberland County Utilities Authority is permitted to join National Cooperative Purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).

Sealed proposals for the Information Technology Consultant Services will be received, publicly opened and read aloud by the Cumberland County Utilities Authority, 333 Water Street, Bridgeton, NJ 08302, at the hour of 10:00 AM prevailing time, on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Late bids will be returned unopened.
